Through the main characters and true stories, the readers are taken through the subject matter in a fun and engaging manner.
Finally, the author, who is both an adeno & endo warrior, was not just theoretical, but practical and employed an insightful yet hopeful perspective in this narrative. She uses the book to advocate for early medical consultation should a girl or a woman experience abnormal periods and associated pain.
