KLB Visionary English Literacy Activities Grade 3 Learner’s Workbook has an accompanying Teacher’s Guide that provides the core competences, the skills, the attitudes, the pertinent and contemporary issues that need to be achieved in every strand and sub-strand. The teacher is also helped to implement a formative assessment strategy in the course of learning so that assessment is not just meant to evaluate what the learners have learned but also provides an opportunity for further learning. An assessment rubric is provided in the guide to help teachers assess the achievement of the learning outcomes on a continuous basis.
