In the bustling city of Nairobi, amidst the chaos of life, Tara finds herself ensnared in an all-consuming love affair with the enigmatic, good looking, and dangerous Joe. Drawn to his magnetism yet repelled by his volatility, she becomes entangled in a web of passion and fear.
As their tumultuous relationship reaches its breaking point, Tara learns deep and dark secrets that threaten to bury her alive, she faces a harrowing choice: to break free or succumb to the perilous allure of a man whose love is as intoxicating as it is destructive.
In a gripping tale of love, obsession, and survival, follow Tara’s journey as she navigates the perilous depths of her own emotions and the haunting consequences of a fatal decision that changes the course of her life forever. A story of secrets, betrayal, and the ultimate act of self-preservation, “Till Death Do Us Part” explores the boundaries of love and the price one must pay for freedom.

Done book 1 of 2024
A well done book. The problem is separating the author and the main character.,you don’t know how many times I’ve felt hurt when Joe was assaulting Tara, just by the fact that Tara is literally Diana.
How wonderfully you journey us readers through the bittersweet tale, able to effortlessly transition us from a jolly afternoon out to an evening in the kitchen then a series of erotic episodes then boom a violent partner and such is a continuous cycle, for a moment when Tara was hopping the two hostage and then she is there describing how loving Joe looks,I was already cursing “now see this one will forgive him again”, am happy how unpredictable you are in your flow,.
Fiction it is but this is literally the society we living in,and this comes right On time to shade a brighter light on the plight our ladies are going through with abusive partners, our girls having to undergo thru it all with the fear of Nitaambia nini watu if I leave this marriage/relationship
With the fear of being judged, this has led to once bubbly beings draining down their once happy life to a shell of a life, sad. Had Tara walked out when it started,we know too well how many lives would have been safe in the end. Its even sadder when the society, the perpetrators take it to themselves to blame the victims for their predicaments, as a society its time we agreed that GBV is not right and we shun it with all might. If Joe’s mother did not side with him saying that Tara makes Joe hit her,it would be a case half solved, we have the responsibility to tell the men in our lives that it is wrong to physically abuse women. They don’t deserve it.
we will start talking about the Stockholm Syndrome that Tara has developed and the fact that she is already rationalising the abuse she is going through,huh.. and oh one other thing,
Mistake happens when Women settle thinking that the man will change,he won’t,and if he does actually its for worse, that’s exactly Joe.
Please write for us again.!
Worthy Read this one. 📚 🌹 🌼 🌸

I link the reading of this book to the process of lighting a jiko. When you start lighting, it takes sometime and boom, the sparks come up and you don’t wanna stop. When I started reading the book, the first pages I tried to understand the storyline..I could stop, do something else then come back. Then on the 3rd day, the sparks were too much, I could not stop..I actually read it within a day from the time I got sparked😊(for lack of a better word). And I love the life lessons in the book..a book you read and see reality in it. Kuddos to the writer
