Looking for home is a collection of poetry and prose. In this collection, written in first person the author walks you through the inner work we often are not taught to do, how to love ourselves, the first relationship that matters. We must learn to move inward, in order to better navigate how to move outwards in all other relationships we develop.
'' The loudest prayer that ever escaped my lips was the day I prayed to learn to love myself with as much free will as I had others'' - A Prayer called love
We spend much of our lifetimes giving to so many different things, devoting countless time, energy and effort cultivating other gardens, but wonder why ours seems to remain the same, unmoving, no harvest forthcoming. Through sharing my story on the journey within, healing the wounds I didn't know I had till I wrote this, becoming at home in this body, I hope you gain the courage in these pages to return back to yourself and build this home in you too.
Remember always darling ,you are person worth being poured into, come here let us fill up your cup rooted in the deepest love
