The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob…can He also be called the God of Anne; the God of… insert your name here…Can He be called the Lord my God? Is He abstract or a relatable God? And if I am created in His image and after His likeness, do I really mirror Him? And for me to understand Him in a manner that enables me relate to Him in reverence, I may need to look at myself and what I am able to do by default. If I can see, then God in whose image I’m created can see too; He is not blind. My God is not Dead, He lives. He loves, reigns, speaks, hears, answers back, befriends, feels, holds, writes, parents, chastises, makes and keeps promises, wounds, kneels and even gets done with! I can actually know God for myself and have Him as my personal Person!
