The Liberated Mind.
I often hear people say things like, this is just how I am. They say this to excuse and justify their behaving in a certain way. It is not how you are but rather what you have become. The external influences that you have been subjected to and the internal deposits in you combined forces to make you who you are today. And, because this is who you have become, you can become something else if you are not happy with your present self.

Rigidity has led to the fall of nations, the fall of leaders, the collapse of companies and even empires. It is the manifestation of a mind that believes only in one way. It is the manifestation of a mind that says, ‘my way or no way’. It is the manifestation of a mind that says, ‘I am right therefore you are wrong’. This attitude never gets anyone far. There is a middle road of flexibility that paves the way for a better result.
